sassy night
just back from Sasa D & D at york hotel.
it's a very refreshing experience. given that it's kinda considered MY company's D & D. i have just seen bevies of beauties and gorgeously stunning are they! their beauty make me feel its a bonus to be beautiful. not necessary, but definitely good to possess, isnt it? but the bottom line is stil my very own mantra: character maketh a woman. be in my good books! and you are deemed beautiful, in my eyes at least! Lol.
alas, i didnt take any pictures just now. not at all. thought a fellow colleague was bringing a cam. but damn, the whole night i was sitting with the office people, people i hardly know, and i had no opportunity to really mingle with my collleagues...man. its okay. at least it's not that awkward and i was'nt that uncomfortable, but stil. arghz. nevermind.
i was thinking of picking up some cantonese. just so cos i couldn't understand what the dear Chairman & CEO is talking about. it makes sense to learn cantonese now. can anyone help? just dont tell me to watch those tvbi hk dramas k! Lol.
anyway, there was this particular segment where 10 ladies were called on stage to perform a dance. mind you, it's not just any dance. these girls were supposed to dance round this blindfolded guy (some big shot who flew in from hk) and seduce him in whatever way they can. apparently i was told by the office people that it is for the 'best dressed award', though i see no correlation and there are pretty more well dressed ladies who weren't called upon. one of my colleagues at PS was called upon. throughout the whole episode, she was the only one who did not and refrain from doing any seducing acts on the guy. i know people are always ''encouraging'' wherever they think its gonna be a good show and that they can feast their eyes on these sizzling acts. and i do applaud the other 9 ladies' spontaneity and 'outburst of emotions' to someone they hardly know yet need to passionate about. they literally jumped on the guy's lap, caressed him, and unbuttoned his shirt. however i retained the rest of my respect for this particular colleague of mine. she is indeed pretty. from the way i looked at it, she did not use this chance to prove her sultriness. i have heard some stuff about her, but from my personal contact with her previously, i have utter respect for her. she's 20, married with a child. told me that she is currently attending the university of life when i asked her why she didnt pursue a tertiary education. different people have different ways of leading their lives. her's might not be conventional, but she is happy with it. who has the right to determine anything bout her. one who talks dirty doesnt really mean anything. she just have more knowledge on it. that's it. apparently i heard that there are some people who booed her or something. ask them to come up the stage and perform man. see what they can be up to. other than that, i shall put aside whatever hearsays i have heard and reserve my respect for whoever deserves it.
