I dont know why essentially, it took carrie chong to enlighten me: “I had a great time going visiting over the weekend. I had never been so happy visiting my nephews, nieces, aunts & uncles. You have got to realize that they wont be there forever. “

I used to dread cny. its like a social gathering but with no essential common topics. And the aunts and uncles will ask the same thing, apparently for the sake of asking. Relatives alike will gather for their ritual cards sessions which I have no interest in. so each yr, I jus sat in front of the telly, prob trying to say bit of stuff here & there. How trying can I get. It gets even tougher when u werent close with them at all.

Contrary to what I think, this cny is still not as bad as i thought it would end up. rather their question of the day for me: "are u working already? still studying ah??" i have to rake up my history and reiterate my situation. its alright, i guess. used to it already.

Come on! Life still moves on regardless of its history.
